Clubhouse

Opens at 0730 hours and closes at 2130 hours.
Coffee & bacon rolls are available from 0745 hours

Bar

Open from 1100 hours to 2130 hours

Play

Does not normally start before 0830 hours for the morning round;
1330 hours for the afternoon round.  Tee times will be allocated. 

It is possible to vary the above timings but only by prior arrangement with the Secretary

Starting times

You will be advised of your starting times. Societies must adhere to tee times, otherwise they may lose their standing on the tee

Play is from the Yellow Tees

Starting points

1st and 10th tees in the morning; 1st tee only in the afternoon

Handicaps

It is expected that all society members should be able to play to 24 or better

Course Reserved

Societies booking for a minimum of 65 people are permitted to play any format  (except Texas Scramble) and the course will be reserved for their use

Club Starter

Brian Pittuck is normally available before play in the Clubhouse and on the first tee

Available from 0745 hours

Meals

All meals except sandwiches are served in the Dining Room

Sandwiches are served in the Lounge Bar

Vegetarian/Special Diets

Please advise the Office well in advance of any special diets

The Club Professional, Peter Stow, is most willing to discuss with organisers suitable prizes that can be obtained from his Shop

Avoid Slow Play

Slow play decreases the enjoyment of every other player on the course.  Please do all you possibly can to avoid it

Final Numbers

Must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the date of the visit

Payment

An invoice (which includes VAT at 15.0%) will be left behind the bar.  Please pay the Steward on the day or (by prior arrangement) within 7 days of the visit

Company Banners

Please advise the Club in advance if you wish to bring any company banners

Buggies

Club buggies are available for hire, but it is imperative that they are kept out of the heather at all times. Visitors should contact the professional in advance to book a buggy. The Course Manager reserves the right to prevent buggies being used in the event of frost conditions.  

Trolleys

Pull and Electric Trolleys are permitted, but it is imperative that they are kept out of the heather at all times
